Q5: How do you ensure cost savings for corporate travel? A: For hotel bookings, we leverage negotiated rates and advance purchasing to secure cost advantages. Broader cost-optimization strategies apply only under separate corporate travel agreements.

Q6: What technology solutions do you provide for travel management? A: For hotel bookings, we provide email-based confirmation and secure payment links. Additional technology solutions (online platforms, mobile apps, AI tools) may be offered under separate service agreements.

Q7: How do you handle travel disruptions? A: For hotel reservations under this agreement, we assist with modifications and cancellations subject to availability and the applicable cancellation policy. Broader disruption support (such as flights or ground transportation) is not included in this contract.


Event Management

Q8: What types of events do you manage? A: Event management services are offered under separate agreements and are not part of this hotel booking contract.

Q9: What services do you offer for event management? A: Event services such as venue selection, coordination, and audiovisual support are available only under separate contracts and not included in this accommodation booking agreement.

Q10: How do you ensure the success of an event? A: For event management agreements, success is ensured through detailed planning and execution. This does not apply to hotel-only bookings covered by this contract.

Q11: Can you handle virtual or hybrid events? A: Yes, we can under separate arrangements. Virtual and hybrid event services are not included in this hotel booking agreement.


Booking and Payments

Q12: How do I book travel or event services with Converia Travel? A: Hotel bookings under this agreement can be made by completing our booking form and receiving a secure payment link.

Q13: What payment methods do you accept? A: For hotel bookings covered by this contract, payment is made via the secure payment link we provide. Alternative payment methods (such as bank transfer or corporate billing) are available only if separately agreed in writing.

Q14: Can I manage and track my bookings online? A: Hotel booking confirmations and updates are provided by email. Broader online management and tracking tools are available under separate travel service agreements.


Support

Q15: What support do you offer for travelers and event attendees? A: For hotel reservations under this contract, we provide support for modifications and cancellations through our designated support email address during business hours. 24/7 support and event attendee services are available only under separate agreements.

Q16: How do you handle emergency situations during travel? A: For hotel-only bookings, emergencies are handled in line with hotel policies and subject to availability. Broader emergency management (risk alerts, traveler tracking, global assistance) is not included in this contract.
